What happens when you make banana bread that calls for one egg and two egg whites, but leave out those highly forgettable whites?

I'll let you know in about 10 minutes when it comes out of the oven...

I have had the joy of tasting it. A bit denser, perhaps, but so full of oatmeal that I couldn't tell if the oats were contributing more to the texture or the lack of egg whites. I have had two pieces. I Loved it!!
